shipping and orders
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer complimentary express shipping (1-2 business days) for orders over $130. For all other orders, express shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.
Where do you ship to?
We currently partner with Australia Post to ship to the following locations:
- Canada $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
- United Kingdom $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
- United States $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
- New Zealand $10 AUD (3 - 7 business days)
For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country.
raffinée the label will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings; however, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit. To initiate a return, please email hello@raffinee.com.au.

How should I care for my pieces?
To keep your gold-plated jewelry looking its best, follow these simple care tips:
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve the plating and prevent fading over time.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising, especially for gold-plated brass and gold-plated 925 silver, as exposure to moisture can accelerate wear.
- For gold-plated stainless steel, while it is more resistant to tarnishing and waterproof, it’s still best to wipe it dry after exposure to water to maintain its shine.
- Store pieces in a dry, cool place, ideally in the raffinée the label soft pouch or jewellery box, to prevent scratches and oxidation.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils—avoid harsh chemicals or polishing cloths designed for solid gold or silver, as they may wear down the plating.
By following these steps, your jewelry will stay radiant and last for years to come!
