How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer complimentary express shipping (1-2 business days) for orders over $180. For all other orders, express shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.

Where do you ship to?

We currently partner with Australia Post to ship to the following locations:

  • Canada $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
  • United Kingdom $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
  • United States $15 AUD (7 - 12 business days)
  • New Zealand $10 AUD (3 - 7 business days)

For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country.

raffinée the label will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

During promotional periods please allow additional time for dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your raffinée pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging included (soft pouch and jewellery box where applicable).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without original packaging may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
  • Items purchased during promotional periods (including sale events and discount code promotions) are eligible for store credit only, not a refund.

What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@raffineethelabel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under theAustralian Consumer Law.

Products and care

How should I care for my pieces?

Plated brass with cubic zirconia: Plated brass pieces reward a little extra care. Put your jewellery on last, after skincare, perfume, and makeup, and remove it first at the end of the day. Avoid contact with water, sweat, chlorine, and household chemicals, as these accelerate wear to the plating. Clean gently with a dry or very slightly damp soft cloth — avoid soaking or submerging. Store individually in your raffinée box away from humidity and direct sunlight.

Sterling silver with cubic zirconia: Sterling silver is naturally more resilient, but still benefits from mindful wear. Remove before swimming, showering, and exercising. To clean, use warm water, a small amount of mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a lint-free cloth before storing. If your silver develops a natural patina over time, a silver polishing cloth will restore its brightness. Store individually to prevent scratching.

Sterling silver with moissanite: Moissanite is one of the hardest gemstones on earth and will hold its brilliance indefinitely with basic care. Clean with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners. As with all sterling silver, remove before swimming, showering, or contact with harsh chemicals, and store individually in your raffinée box to preserve the rhodium plating and prevent surface scratches.

For all pieces: Store each piece in its own box. Keep away from perfume, hairspray, and abrasive surfaces. The care you give your raffinée piece in the first months sets the tone for how long it will remain as it arrived.
